There are a few ways to replace missing teeth with implant-supported dentures. One option is a standard denture that snaps onto implants. Instead of a loose, floating denture, it locks into place so you can eat, speak, and move your tongue without the denture lifting or shifting.
Another option is a fixed or semi-fixed bridge supported by multiple implants. On the upper arch, this also allows us to remove the palate portion of the denture, which many patients find far more comfortable.
